1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

• Unused and in its original condition.

• Returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

• Customized or special-order items.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Exchanges

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

• Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
